Los d\u00edas 9, 10 y 11 de agosto se realiz\u00f3 en la casa de Formaci\u00f3n Santa Cruz, ubicada en Pe\u00f1alol\u00e9n, el segundo m\u00f3dulo de formaci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n pastoral. El primer m\u00f3dulo fue realizado el a\u00f1o 2020 y abarc\u00f3 temas financieros relacionados a la gesti\u00f3n pastoral. En este segundo encuentro se abarcaron temas de gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, contando con invitados laicos expertos en el tema y tambi\u00e9n con los testimonios de la Parroquia San Roque. Participaron de la jornada religiosos en formaci\u00f3n de Chile, Per\u00fa, M\u00e9xico, y Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n
El primer d\u00eda tuvimos la oportunidad de escuchar una reflexi\u00f3n de P. Andrew Gawrych sobre la importancia de la gesti\u00f3n pastoral del personal en la misi\u00f3n de la congregaci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s Paulina Soto, Administradora de la Congregaci\u00f3n en Chile, present\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo trabajar y liderar equipos.<\/p>\n
El segundo d\u00eda dos invitadas del \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos del colegio, Jacqueline Saenger y Nicole Valech, nos ense\u00f1aron respecto a la gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, comparti\u00e9ndonos sus historias vocacionales y su experiencia trabajando en un colegio cat\u00f3lico de la Congregaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, aprendimos respecto a las funciones de recursos humanos, sobre el marco legal de la funci\u00f3n de recursos humanos, y el ciclo de vida de un colaborador. Gabriel Fuentes, seminarista C.S.C. de Chile, nos se\u00f1ala que \u201cla presentaci\u00f3n fue pr\u00e1ctica y participativa. En particular, me gust\u00f3 el ejemplo cotidiano del trato con la secretaria parroquial\u201d.<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, el tercer d\u00eda contamos con los testimonios del Padre Daniel Panchot, C.S.C., y Juan Carlos Oliva, p\u00e1rroco y administrador de la Parroquia San Roque respectivamente, quienes nos mostraron casos reales de la vida en parroquia.<\/p>\n
Finalmente, Padre Gawrych C.S.C., Director de Formaci\u00f3n nos deja sus impresiones sobre la actividad: \u201cEstamos muy agradecidos por la colaboraci\u00f3n de todas las personas que presentaron durante esta jornada. La gesti\u00f3n de personal es un tema esencial en nuestra formaci\u00f3n como religiosos, especialmente como religiosos de Santa Cruz, porque no llevamos a cabo nuestra misi\u00f3n solos. Precisamente colaboramos con otras personas por la difusi\u00f3n del evangelio y el desarrollo de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y humana. Esta jornada nos ha dado herramientas y conocimientos importantes para mejorar y profundizar esta colaboraci\u00f3n.\u201d<\/p>\n
