El 30 de noviembre se realiz\u00f3 v\u00eda online un encuentro de trabajadores en pos de la inclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad en la vida de la Iglesia. Participaron representantes de nueve conferencias episcopales: Portugal, Espa\u00f1a, Francia, Alemania, Austria, Italia, Estados Unidos, Argentina y Chile, las cuales son las \u00fanicas en que existe un \u00e1rea dentro de la estructura eclesial.<\/p>\n
Nuestra catequista, Rosa Labb\u00e9 de la Parroquia de San Roque, particip\u00f3 en el encuentro como parte de la Subcomisi\u00f3n de catequesis para personas en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad de la Conferencia Episcopal de Chile. La reuni\u00f3n, convocada por el Dicasterio para Laicos Familia y Vida del Vaticano invit\u00f3 a dar a conocer su experiencia en esta pastoral en el contexto del D\u00eda Internacional de las Personas con Discapacidad.<\/p>\n
Rosa ha\u00a0trabajado preparando a personas con discapacidades para recibir los sacramentos en la Parroquia San Roque. Desde 2011, ha coordinado la pastoral de la Catequesis Especial en San Roque, luego en el Decanato de Pe\u00f1alol\u00e9n y despu\u00e9s en la Zona Oriente. Durante varios a\u00f1os trabaj\u00f3 con la Arquidi\u00f3cesis y la Conferencia Episcopal en la preparaci\u00f3n y realizaci\u00f3n de los campamentos nacionales de verano de formaci\u00f3n de esta catequesis; y tambi\u00e9n gui\u00f3\u00a0la confecci\u00f3n de publicaci\u00f3n de libros de Catequesis Especial para la CECh.<\/p>\n
Este a\u00f1o Rosa fue nombrada delegada de Chile para este Encuentro que fue organizado por el Vaticano, para \u00abque la voz de las personas con discapacidad sea escuchada con la debida atenci\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s de la reuni\u00f3n, P. Alexandre Awi Mello, Secretario del Dicasterio para Laicos Familia y Vida, envi\u00f3 una carta a Rosa, que dijo en parte: \u00abLa Dicasterio para los Laicos, la Familia y la Vida ha decidido incluir entre sus prioridades la Pastoral de las personas con discapacidad.\u00a0 \u00a0Esta decisi\u00f3n fue tomada en respuesta a las peticiones que recibimos de nuestros miembros y consultores durante nuestra primera Asamblea Plenaria, que nos hicieron conscientes de la necesidad de que las personas con discapacidades reciban la plena ciudadan\u00eda eclesial y civil (cf. Enc.\u00a0Fratelli\u00a0 Tutti, 98)\u00bb<\/p>\n
Catequesis especial en la Parroquia San Roque es parte de un trabajo m\u00e1s amplio desarrollado en el Distrito de Chile-Per\u00fa con personas con discapacidad. En Yancana Huasy en Per\u00fa, se trabaja para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad y sus familias.\u00a0Es una instituci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro ubicada en San Juan de Lurigancho. Como Congregaci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz, \u201cNuestra preocupaci\u00f3n por la dignidad de cada criatura como hijo amado de Dios, dirige nuestra solicitud hacia las v\u00edctimas de todos los sufrimientos\u201d (Constituciones 2,15).<\/p>\n
