El P. Emmanuel Kallackaral, Vicario\/Primer Asistente, y el Hno. Nee Wayoe, Cuarto Asistente, prolongaron su estad\u00eda en Chile luego de la visita del Consejo de la Congregaci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo diversas reuniones.<\/p>\n
El Hno. Nee particip\u00f3 los d\u00edas 21 y 22 de noviembre en un encuentro para formadores de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, organizado en la Casa de Formaci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz por el P. James Phalan, director de Formaci\u00f3n para el Distrito de Chile-Per\u00fa y M\u00e9xico. Tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente el Hno. Edson Pereira, director de Formaci\u00f3n del Distrito de Brasil. Lamentablemente, el P. Eric Jasmin, director de Formaci\u00f3n de la Provincia de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Perpetuo Socorro, no pudo asistir.<\/p>\n
Durante el encuentro, el grupo abord\u00f3 diversos temas relacionados con la formaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n y discuti\u00f3 posibles enfoques para estos asuntos en los pr\u00f3ximos Cap\u00edtulos jurisdiccionales. Todos coincidieron en la necesidad de una futura reuni\u00f3n que incluyera a un mayor n\u00famero de personal en formaci\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.<\/p>\n
El 22 de noviembre, en la Casa de Formaci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz, el P. Emmanuel organiz\u00f3 un taller de un d\u00eda para los religiosos de Santa Cruz que est\u00e1n involucrados en el ministerio pastoral. El P. An\u00edbal Ni\u00f1o de Per\u00fa se uni\u00f3 al P. Roberto Gilbo, el P. Diego Irarr\u00e1zaval, el P. Daniel Panchot, el P. Pedro Parra, el P. Zachary Rathke, el P. Pepe Tomei, el P. R\u00f3mulo Vera y el Di\u00e1cono \u00c1ngel Lazaro de la Cruz de Chile.<\/p>\n
Tras una misa matutina presidida por el P. An\u00edbal, el grupo se dividi\u00f3 en cuatro sesiones, comenzando con una reflexi\u00f3n sobre una carta pastoral del Papa Francisco y pasando a conversaciones sobre sus vidas y servicios como religiosos en el ministerio pastoral, la identidad de una parroquia de Santa Cruz y los planes para el futuro.<\/p>\n
El d\u00eda concluy\u00f3 con un momento de convivencia y una cena ofrecida por la casa de formaci\u00f3n. Los participantes expresaron su agradecimiento al P. Emmanuel, quien, como parte de su responsabilidad en misiones, organiz\u00f3 este taller que les brind\u00f3 la oportunidad de compartir experiencias sobre este ministerio vital en Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n
