El pasado s\u00e1bado 29 de agosto, la Congregaci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz realiz\u00f3 el XVIII Encuentro de Laicos Misioneros, una jornada de encuentro, fraternidad y reflexi\u00f3n que reuni\u00f3 a representantes de los distintos apostolados de Santa Cruz en Chile.<\/div>\n

La jornada se realiz\u00f3 en la Parroquia San Roque, que acogi\u00f3 a representantes de la propia parroquia y de Saint George\u2019s College, FundaMor, Parroquia Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Rosario de Andacollo, Parroquia Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de la Merced de Calle Larga, Colegio Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Andacollo y Rosario en Familia, junto a los sacerdotes y hermanos de la Congregaci\u00f3n de Santa Cruz.<\/div>\n

Bajo el lema \u201cSomos Santa Cruz\u201d, el encuentro invit\u00f3 a los participantes a reconocerse como parte de una misma familia y a profundizar en los valores que animan el carisma y la misi\u00f3n de la Congregaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n

La jornada comenz\u00f3 con un momento de oraci\u00f3n y acogida, para luego dar paso a la reflexi\u00f3n del\u00a0Hno. Mauricio Miranda, C.S.C.<\/b>, titulada\u00a0\u201cSomos Santa Cruz: una peque\u00f1a planta, un mismo \u00e1rbol\u201d<\/i>. A partir de la imagen de una peque\u00f1a planta que, con cuidado y paciencia, puede crecer hasta convertirse en un \u00e1rbol fuerte y frondoso, el Hno. Mauricio invit\u00f3 a los presentes a reflexionar sobre lo que significa ser parte de la Familia de Santa Cruz.<\/div>\n

Esta imagen permiti\u00f3 profundizar en la visi\u00f3n del Padre Basilio Moreau sobre Santa Cruz como una familia formada por distintas vocaciones y llamadas a crecer y trabajar juntas, compartiendo una misma misi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n

A lo largo de la reflexi\u00f3n se profundiz\u00f3 en distintos valores que forman parte de la identidad de Santa Cruz: la confianza en la Divina Providencia, la uni\u00f3n de corazones, la compasi\u00f3n, la justicia y preocupaci\u00f3n por los pobres, la valent\u00eda, el celo por la misi\u00f3n, la competencia, la cercan\u00eda, el esp\u00edritu de familia y la paciencia. Estos valores fueron tambi\u00e9n el punto de partida para el trabajo grupal, donde los participantes, reunidos seg\u00fan distintos valores, compartieron experiencias y reflexionaron sobre c\u00f3mo hacerlos vida en sus respectivos apostolados.<\/div>\n

El encuentro concluy\u00f3 con la celebraci\u00f3n de la Eucarist\u00eda, como acci\u00f3n de gracias por la misi\u00f3n compartida y por la vida y servicio de tantos religiosos y laicos que forman parte de Santa Cruz. Posteriormente, los participantes compartieron un almuerzo fraterno.<\/div>\n

Este XVIII Encuentro de Laicos Misioneros fue una oportunidad para renovar los lazos que unen a los distintos apostolados, fortalecer el compromiso con la misi\u00f3n y recordar que, desde distintas vocaciones, talentos e historias, todos estamos llamados a hacer crecer el \u00e1rbol de Santa Cruz.<\/div>\n
